Hair drug screens would never test for alcohol. Urine screens almost certainly never do either, but even if they did test for alcohol, the only way it would show up is if you had been drinking very very recently.

They can't tell if it's alcohol or legal prescriptions fluids, that may emulate alcohol....that's why they tell you not to eat "Poppy Seeds" etc

and they can't tell alcohol right away from hair test.........say 3 months, things show up in your hair and they can tell how long ago, you drunk the stuff.

They can tell so many things from a hair sample and blood test, from months back. They are getting better and better.
