i want to dye it reallyyy emo one day, but i think i have to bleach it first...but i heard bleach makes the blue turn orange or something. i just want to do the tips of my hair or something

bleach goes wrong when people dye their hair too soon after bleaching it. my friend had dark hair, bleached it and dyed ot turquoise like straight away and it went green.

When you bleach darkhair it usually doesnt lift to a platinum colour, its just the nature of bleach. If you do bleach it and its orange you can still put the blue on top but when the blue fades (and it will quickly like within a couple of weeks) the orange from the bleach will show through. Itts not worth the hassle! Just get a blue toner for dark hair and have a blue tone going through. Blue ends would look awful and damage your hair with bleach!
