The hair place i went to last time only goes back 90 days. Will one use come up. I am on a methadone for pain .What effect will that have? What to do?

Substances such as heroin, etc, can be flushed out of the system but it takes about four months for there to be no trace in your hair.

If you are on methadone, you need to make sure you report that on the drug test form. Either of those drugs will show up on a test for opioids, so if you did heroin even one time during the window period for testing, it WILL show up. You cannot flush out what is in imbedded in your hair shaft. Depending on the sensitivity of the test, if you report the methadone for pain, it may not differentiate between it and the one-time heroin use.
Dude...don't get involved with street drugs. You are already on the most potent painkiller that exists aside from Fentanyl. You can't possibly need anything more than that.
